Taking the unwanted and unused and giving it a chance to help make a new life.
Everything deserves a chance to play its part and make a difference. This project is about refurbishing, up cycling and renovating objects and giving them the opportunity to be used and appreciated. It’s also about allowing different people to offer different gifts they have to make a difference in the world simple by being themselves and playing a part.

Our first Make a Life project! It’s currently just back from local Graffiti artist ‘Graffiti Dave’ for its next stage of development! Keep an eye out for more updates!
So far Gail, Rich, Martin and Dave have all had a role…
Refurbished chairs now given a new life as our ‘Joke chairs’! Jokes from the locals added to chairs to cheer people up! Thanks Jen-e and Darren so far!
How does Make a Life work?
This involves different people volunteering for different roles including:
- Donate what they don’t want
- Transport those items to cafe
- Prepare them for refurbishment
- Repair, renovate and up cycle
- Find a new place where it can help play a part in a new life for itself and those who use it.
